I then said, “is everything ok “ and she said “yeah” with no explanation. She returned to us, didn’t say a word, then began typing. She asked for reservation #, we stated reservation number and she immediately said “I’ll be right back” & was gone for about 12mins. Upon arriving in the ancient looking lobby, we waited in Checkin line, and finally seen by front desk agent. Nevertheless, we proceeded to unload and transport our own luggage inside. ![]() Not one bellman approached to assist(there were at least 5-7 bellman & countless valet personnel). Pulled up to valet area, exited Uber with 6 psgrs 6 suitcases.
